Precious stone “Masia” of XVI century , recovered
in 1803 and rehabilitated in the 2004 (news article in Habitania
magazine month of May-June 2006), at only 50 minutes from Barcelona.
It has three annexed buildings to the main one
with a constructed total area of 690 square meters. It consists
of 7 double rooms (two suites with chimney), 1 simple one, 5
baths, 1 courtesy cleanliness, dining room, hall with chimney,
kitchen, warehouse, machine room and garage.
Very pretty views, surrounded by forests of
oaks and fields of barley. The land surface is over 5 hectares
(50,000 m2), with more than 2,000 trees and fruit trees. Also
it has two orchards of ecological culture. It has a corral with
turkeys, hens and ducks.
The rehabilitation has been made with far style,
taking care of the minimum details and the used materials (massive
old doors, recovered beams of chestnut tree, grounds old mud,…),
in order to conserve the own style of “masia” and its character.

addition has a potable water well (90 meters depth) that generates
8,500 ltrs/hour of water. It also has a water tank of 30,000
litters for provision to the house and watering.
The turf of around the house it waters by sprinklers
with automatic programmer and the rest of the plants by dripping
with automatic programmer.
It has central heating by gas-oil (boiler installed
in 2004), with two deposits of 2,000 litters. Hot water storage
cell of 500 ltrs. (with return) and independent pumps for the
house and the watering.
